The Acting Colonial Secretary to Colonial Surgeon.

Colonial Secretary's Office Hongkong, 14 December 1880.

With reference to deficiency of $185 in the accounts of the Civil Hospital, which are Mr Senna's charge, I have the honor, by direction of His Excellency the Governor to ask you to call upon that gentleman to pay up the deficiency forthwith.
